Job Locations: Hyderabad, Noida, and Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will serve as the sole OYO PoC for all of the cluster's property owners. He or she will be in charge of enhancing business performance, managing owner relationships, enhancing customer experience, handling owner escalated issues, and owning operations delivery for already existing properties in the cluster.


Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensuring occupancy (URNs) month on month
  • Pay at Hotel (PAH) realization
  • Ensuring daily availability of Sellable rooms (DSRN)
  • Own Bike is Needed
  • Own Laptop is Needed
